CHONG – Reward

The Vancouver Police Board has issued a $10,000 reward for information leading to the identification and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the murder of Willene Wah Ying Chong.

On the morning of September 11, 2008, Willene Chong died in a house fire in the 2700 block of East 55th Avenue. A number of other fires in the area that same morning were also deliberately set.

Anyone with information about this murder is asked to contact the Vancouver Police Homicide Unit at (604) 717-2500.

The reward will be granted at the sole discretion of the Vancouver Police Board.
